We recommend, if possible, that you get a rent-a-car or book a transfer from and to the airport so that you are more flexible with how, when and where you travel.

Option 2: Book a transfer from the airport (either Burgas or Sofia)

You can send an inquiry for the price and also book through their website. They will contact you to give you information about the price and confirm the hour and pick-up location.

You have options to book cars for 4pp, 6ppl, 8ppl, or 16.

You pay in cash to the driver the amount that you have been communicated.

Option 3: Bus

Generally, there are buses from both Sofia and Burgas to Haskovo; however, try to book them at least 2 weeks in advance.

From Burgas, at the moment (April) there are not many options; however, in the summertime there will be.
